Xcluder Cat Nets
Xcluder® has been containing or excluding both pet and feral cats since 1996, when we first started designing fences and barriers. We have seen the value that pet cats bring to many people's lives, but also the disease and environmental damage that cats can cause when in the wrong places at the wrong times.
A cat enclosure is an ideal way to provide your cat a healthy outdoor experience, whilst ensuring theirs, and the local wildlife’s safety. We have a range of cat fence or enclosure options and products that can be used to keep cats in or out.
There are 3 main categories of cat-net installation:
- Fence line netting.
- Netting attached to existing structures (ie: verandah / patio / side alley etc).
- A stand-alone freestanding cat enclosure. Glass house frames have proved to be very suitable for building free standing enclosures.

Xcluder® supplies some of the cat netting and accessories required for a D.I.Y Catnet self-installation at wholesale prices. We supply a full list of products required for self-installation and although we do not stock many of them they are readily available through hardware suppliers. We are New Zealand-based distributors of Catnet products. Cat enclosures self-installed, on average, cost less than half of those installed by professionals.
Xcluder® does not do any measure ups or installations, however we can work in with your builder or handyman to help them build a cat enclosure for you.
